The Craft Barn Weekly Challenge - Something Flowery

This week's challenge on the Craft Barn blog is to make something using handmade flowers, be they die cut, punched or hand cut.

With four Easter cards to make for our grandchildren this was the call I needed to stop procrastinating and get started.

I've used a digital stamp for my image and coloured it with alcohol markers. The leaves and flowers are die cut and coloured with Distress Stains and edged with Distress Inks.

That's one down, three to go!

Cute card, like the embossed dots background.

Perfect! The yellow flower plays against the light blue of the bird and the dark blue of the mat for a good contrast and the CAS design is easy on the eye.
